Hey there! I'm a student just like you, and I've been trying to figure out how to actually achieve my goals. I've read tons of books and articles, and I've learned so much! I want to share what I've discovered, so maybe it can help you too.

I've broken everything down into easy-to-understand categories, like:

1. Break It Down

  • Atomic Habits: Break down big goals into tiny, manageable habits. (James Clear) This makes it seem less scary and you can actually do it!
  • The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People: Plan your week, then each day. (Stephen Covey) This keeps you on track.
  • The Power of Habit: Figure out the things that trigger your habits, what you actually do, and what rewards you get. (Charles Duhigg) This can help you change them for the better!
  • Getting Things Done: Break big projects into smaller steps that you can actually do. (David Allen) Don't get overwhelmed by the big picture!

2. Visualize Success
